Created from upcycled coffee berry husks, cascara, this new on-trend cold brew-like drink appeals to Australians who are mindful of their choices but still love a delicious, sophisticated drink to enjoy at brunches, picnics, or even in a cocktail at a night out with friends.

This uplifting beverage is made with cascara—husks that are generally discarded after farmers separate and sun-dry the coffee berry, resulting in tons of waste each year. By using these to create a unique cold brew drink packaged with recyclable bottles and paper labels, NESCAFE NATIV Cascara is providing the Mexican and Bolivian coffee growing communities with a new stream of income, and helping save the planet one sip at a time.

To top that off, Nescafe is celebrating this find in style with a range of Australian-inspired flavours! Cascara’s uniquely floral and fruity notes have been paired with that of native botanicals, resulting in a range exclusive to us Aussies. This refreshing, lightly sparkling drink is made in Australia with 99 per cent Australian ingredients, and is available in three flavours: Classic, Kakadu Plum and Lemon Myrtle & Pepperberry. Each flavour is reminiscent of summer with sweet, floral and zesty notes.
