Forget the glass of milk, this is one collaboration you won’t want to miss out on.
Oreos. Since 1912 at over 100 years old, the iconic chocolate meets creamed-filled biscuit has taught Australians many valuable life lessons. Firstly, the importance of devouring your favourite biscuit – by twisting, licking and dunking. Secondly, that chocolate isn’t good for dogs.
But, thirdly, and most importantly, that when it comes to Oreos – the world’s number one cookie – you certainly should not pass up any opportunity to devour this crumbed goodness – even if it is so devilishly combined with one of Australia’s favourite doughnut brands.
We’re talking about Krispy Kreme.
That’s right. Forget the glass of milk and even the very adorable golden retriever, from Saturday 19 September Krispy Kreme is partnering with Oreo to bring Australians not one, but three limited-edition doughnuts.
Available in over 700 Krispy Kreme and 7-Eleven stores around the country, the three latest releases by Krispy Kreme Australia will see combined doughnut and biscuit lovers go crazy for their Oreo Original, Oreo Chocolate and Oreo Strawberry creations.

Drool worthy to say the least, each of the three Krispy Kreme doughnuts come packed with a cream filling and is finished with topped Oreo cookie pieces. And, for that extra bit of crunch and surprise, the Oreo Original features crushed pieces of Oreo biscuit inside of the filling.
Of course, it comes as no sweet surprise finding out that second to the Original Glazed, Krispy Kreme’s cookies and crème is one of Australia’s most popular doughnut combos.
“We wanted to make everyone’s favourite flavour combo bigger and better, and with Oreo we were able to play around with the additions of chocolate and strawberry. The doughnuts are light and fluffy, filled with a light as air cream, and then covered in the Oreo cookie pieces that gives it extra indulgence, setting it apart from any other doughnuts in the Krispy Kreme range,” said Krispy Kreme’s food technologist, Tasha Kaur.
So whether you want to try one, all three, grab a six-pack or devour a dozen alone (or with friends), you better hurry as the three new Oreo doughnuts from Krispy Kreme will only be available for a limited time from Saturday 19 September.
You can pick up the Oreo Original, Oreo Chocolate and Oreo Strawberry from select New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia or Queensland Krispy Kreme stores in store, online, via Click and Collect and also through UberEats or Menulog.
