The flavour of summer is set to last at Fratelli Fresh with the launch of the new pizza, The Lobster.
Sydney’s popular Italian restaurant has created a pizza one can only dream of; a steamed lobster, brushed with butter and garlic, sitting atop a rich Fior di Latte pizza base.
The Lobster joins the new menu of Speciale Pizzas, which are available at all Fratelli Fresh Restaurants from March 1. The new range features premium ingredients from local suppliers including Vannella Cheese and Pinos’ Dolce Vita Fine Foods.
If this delicious produce wasn’t tempting enough, diners who purchase five speciality pizzas between 1 March and 30 April will go into the draw to win a trip to Naples, Italy – the pizza capital of the world.
John Sullivan, Director of Food and Beverage, said the new pizzas showcase the craftsmanship of Fratelli Fresh expert pizzaioli.
“Our piazollos have also perfected a Neapolitan crust with a thin layer of crispness, an airy, moist interior and good stretch, which is the perfect base for such premium produce,” Mr Sullivan said.
The Lobster also headlines a new range of lobster dishes at all seven Sydney Fratelli Fresh restaurants including spaghetti with tomatoes and chilli; rolls with parmesan fries; and a decadent salad with avocado, orange and rocket.
