Burgers, wings and rum – what more could you want?
To feed your sipping sensibilities, Australia’s famous and favourite burger haven, Milky Lane, has tippled its newest menu creation in collaboration with the taste of Sailor Jerry – putting the rum back in sc-rum-ptious.
But not just any Sailor Jerry Spice Rum, they’re using their new release, Sailor Jerry Savage Apple, the newest innovation from the iconic Virgin Islands based rum which is set to hit Australia’s liquor stores from June 2020
In the meantime, Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum has collaborated with 10 Milky Lane stores to bring you the taste of Sailor Jerry Savage Apple in the form of three new limited-edition menu items – all available throughout the month of March.
So what’s on the menu?
Start your visit to your nearest Milky Lane by sipping on the Sailor Jerry Savage Apple Cocktail ($19) which is topped with coconut, yuzu, cloudy apple and soda. Your glass will be rimmed with salted caramel and apple crumble and the drink will be adorned with coconut foam, house-made apple crumble topping and a drizzle of salted caramel sauce.

Next, for some finger-licking-fun, dig deep into the Sailor Jerry Savage Apple Chicken Wings ($14). Using Milky Lane’s iconic fried chicken wings, you’ll be drooling for the house-made Sailor Jerry Savage Apple Buffalo Sauce and gochujang chili that the wings are smothered in. Of course, in true Milky Lane form, your wings will be served with a side of ranch sauce.
Finally, for the pièce de résistance, you’ll want to wrap your hands around Milky Lane’s whopping Sailor Jerry Savage Apple BBQ Rib Burger ($24). To delight your taste buds, between two fresh buns you’ll find an incredible house-made Sailor Jerry Savage Apple Buffalo Sauce 320g pork rib pattie that’s then dowsed in hickory BBQ sauce, thick-cut pickles and diced red onions.
