Kicking off over the Easter long weekend, the club’s two floors, six bars and outdoor courtyard will transform into a Miami-themed extravaganza on Saturday, March 31. Expect wandering performers, colourful beach cabanas and flamingo inflatables as far as the eye can see.
Miami’s very own DJ Crespo will bring you a vibrating fusion of Miami Bass, Reggae, Hip Hop and electronic dance music. The US-born DJ criss-crosses the globe while playing over 150 shows a year, and, if that doesn’t tickle you fancy, he has shared the stage with names like Diplo, Steve Aoki, and Wiz Khalifa. It’ll be a night of good vibrations.
And then, if you’re still revving on Sunday night, The Argyle is teaming up with Australia’s biggest clubbing brand, RnB Superclub, to bring you award-winning artist, entertainer and R&B legend, Jay Sean, for one night only.
And if somehow you manage to miss all this commotion, don’t you fret because the action is set to continue. Something very special has made its way to the first floor of The Argyle. Indulge in limited-edition espresso cocktails courtesy of an exclusive pop-up bar by Patrón Tequila. Five mouth-watering signature Patrón cocktails have been created to enhance the flavour of the modest coffee bean.
The caffeine-induced menu includes Three Wishes – a cocktail of Patrón XO Cafe, Marie Brizard N*43, Tito’s Vodka and espresso with rich nougat syrup, vanilla syrup, egg white and honey. For something even more decadent, The Formula of Happiness uses Marie Brizard N*43, vanilla vodka, espresso, chocolate syrup, cinnamon syrup, fresh cream, milk and a whole doughnut (yes, that’s right). Watch out Sydney, coffee has a new partner in crime!
Continuing on from DJ Crespo’s epic night, all following Saturday nights are set to be taken to their own epic new level with a reimagined ‘The Night is Ours’ program. Killer acts by the likes of DJ Tigerlily, Some Blonde and DJ K-Time will take over the decks each and every weekend.
Thursdays at The Argyle also have a new edge. A punchy music line up, including renowned Sydney garage rock band, The Black Diamonds, is set to take the stage each week. There’s also a happy hour menu featuring The Argyle’s cocktail classics for just $10. Kick back with an Aperol, Long Island or Mojito while getting your fix of past, present and future classics from DJs and live acts alike.
The fun continues each weeknight, but revellers don’t need to break the bank to get involved. From Monday to Friday, between 5pm and 7pm, is The Argyle’s happy hour, with $10 Margaritas, $7.50 Espresso Martinis, $5 beer, wine and spirits. Hunger can be kept at bay with happy hour $1 chicken wings to nibble on throughout the night.
