We all have specific memories of board games, whether that be finally winning that tricky game of Scrabble, that ultimate Monopoly strategy or being a (slightly) sore loser.

Trivial Pursuit Family Edition is the classic knowledge game, in which players are presented questions across geography, entertainment, history, art and literature, science and nature, and sports and leisure. Players move around the board answering questions to earn corresponding coloured wedges to win. The first player to collect all six different wedges and answer a final question correctly wins!

Guess Who? is the original guessing game, where two players choose a mystery character card and then, using yes or no questions, they try to figure out their opponent’s identity. For an updated version, swap out the character cards for celebrities!

Battleship is one of the best board games for strategy lovers. This two-player game sees battlers search for and destroy their opponent’s fleet of ships; it is perfect for those with a competitive spirit. So if you like your board game nights full of competition, this is the game for you.

Now, Bop It! might not be a traditional board game, however it is a whole lot of fun, so we had to include it. With a total of 10 different actions – from a twist to a bop and even taking a selfie, Bop It! announces random commands keeps players on their toes. Monopoly is the absolute original – a fast-dealing property trading game which, when described as such, doesn’t sound quite as addictive as it is. But, Monopoly Classic is a cult-favourite of at home board game nights where players can buy, sell and scheme their way to riches. Table flipping and ruined relationships not included.

Mouth Trap is the hilarious game that has players reading out devilishly tricky phrases whilst the mouth trap inhibits their lips. Their teammates then have to guess as many phrases as possible in the space of a minute. If you’re looking for a more risky version, then there is always Mouth Trap Drinking Edition.

Jungle Speed
Jungle Speed is the game you didn’t know you needed in your life. But, trust us, it is fun, addictive and slightly competitive. In Jungle Speed you must rely on observation and quick reflexes as you watch your opponents flip their cards. When you spot the card with the symbol which matches that showing on your own card, grab the Totem and get rid of your cards.

Cluedo is the game where you can get your sleuth on, famously centred around a murder mystery. Six suspects. One murderer. One weapon. One location. And, of course, one winner. To detect whodunit, where, and how, players must move from room to room to eliminate people, places, and weapons.

Scrabble Original
Scrabble Original is one of the must-have classics – a board game where the object of the game is to earn the highest score by spelling out words in crossword fashion onto the playing board. The letter tiles have various score values and are boosted by premium squares on the grid. Things can get heated when discussing if certain words are allowed and that’s what the included Scrabble Dictionary is for.

Scattergories
Scattergories is a fun, fast-paced game where your brain is your teammate. Roll the die, flip the sand timer, and think of answers to each category on the list. It is a race against the timer as players write down answers to things such as celebrity names, a vegetable or a country – each beginning with a selected letter.
