Perth are you ready to put your dancing shoes back on? Claremont Showgrounds will have the perfect reason to…
For those that have been itching to start dancing again, you’re in luck because SNACK Showgrounds is due to hit Perth this October. The rescheduled event is planned for Saturday 10 October 2020 at Claremont Showgrounds, with Perth homegrown talent San Cisco and ShockOne headlining this epic and well-anticipated festival.
SNACK is no ordinary festival, as you’ll find carnival rides, a side-show alley, DJs, a silent disco and multiple dancing areas across the whole venue. This fairground-esque festival is the perfect way to introduce the warmer months, as we say goodbye to the quarantine PJs at home (fingers crossed!) and embrace the sunshine of Perth’s summer.
As you dance the afternoon away, you’ll be able to quench your thirst and satisfy your tastebuds with an array of delectable drink specials and food trucks. And if you want more bang for your buck, be sure to make the most of the happy hours, with the Feral Brewing Bar offering a pint of their famous Biggie Juice between 3-4pm.
This year’s headliners (DJ set) are West Australian locals, both hailing from Perth including well-loved indie pop group San Cisco who have had major success both in Australia and internationally. Their hip-hop, soul and funk undertones have landed them in the ARIA charts and Triple J’s Hottest 100 – you won’t want to miss out on these guys.
