An extension of the wine retail experience on Palings Lane where guests can locate the wine they drank and loved at any Merivale restaurant, the online bottle shop serves up the sommelier’s favourite drops, from everyday wines and spirits to high-end vintage. The vision is to create an entirely new online wine experience and offering that is approachable, fun and interactive, taking the ‘stuffiness’ out of wine selection.

The Bottle Shop offers an impressive subscription bundle of monthly drops, with a selection of wines dropped straight to your door on the first day of each month. You can choose between the ‘Savour’ – great picks that won’t break the bank (from $60), ‘Seduce’ – for those who are on the hunt for something a little special (from $80), and ‘Splurge’ – the very best of the bunch (from $110). The packs come in a range of sizes, petite (3), medium (6), and grand (12) and wine lovers can choose red, white or mixed. The packs can also be purchased as one-offs or for gifts.
