But now, thanks to these four simple wine-infused cocktails you can easily make every hour happy hour at home!

Yarra Burn Grapefruit Mimosa
Ingredients:
15mL grapefruit juice
Yarra Burn Prosecco NV
Wedge of grapefruit
Sprig of rosemary
Method:
1. In a champagne flute, add the grapefruit juice. Top with the Yarra Burn Prosecco NV.
2. Garnish with the grapefruit wedge and sprig of rosemary

Yarra Burn Pomegranate Punch
Ingredients:
15mL pomegranate juice
Yarra Burn Premium Cuvee Brut
Sprig of fresh mint
Slice of lemon
Pomegranate seeds
Method:
1. In an ice-filled old-fashioned glass, pour in the pomegranate juice and top with Yarra Burn Premium Cuvee Brut.
2. Garnish with mint, lemon and pomegranate seeds.

Croser Elderflower Spritz
Ingredients:
15mL elderflower cordial
Petaluma Croser NV
Orange peel
Bay leaf
Method:
1. Pour the elderflower cordial into an ice-filled goblet glass.
2. Top with the Croser NV and garnish with an orange peel and bay leaf.

Yarra Burn Citrus Fizz
Ingredients:
Ice
Sugar cube
Orange slices
Sprig of fresh mint
Yarra Burn Vintage Pinot Noir Chardonnay
Squeeze of lemon juice
Method:
1. In an ice-filled goblet glass, place the sugar cube, orange slices and fresh mint.
2. Top glass with Yarra Burn Vintage and a squeeze of lemon. Using a mixing spoon, mix all ingredients together.
