Heading to Port Melbourne? Then you’ll be spoilt for choice with the return of The Exchange Beach Club throughout this summer season.

If you love to embrace summer by the waterfront, then look no further than the pop-up Exchange Beach Club open on Port Melbourne Beach until Monday 24 February.

Think live music, seafood, snacks and salads, cocktails on tap, beach volleyball, totem tennis, cabanas and even dogs! The best part? Entry is free!

Open daily from midday – 10pm, which means you can get your lunchtime fix, afterwork drinks and even late night snack, all in one place. With free entry, Exchange Hotel’s Beach Club is the best place to be this summer.

Apart from digging your feet into the sand and basking up the great atmosphere on Port Melbourne Beach, guests will also be able to sip their way through the container bar, serving everything from non-alcoholic options, beer, cider, wine, spirits plus an array of cocktails on tap, including Passionfruit Caprioska ($16), Miami Iced Tea ($16) and even a Margarita Slushie ($12). For groups, we’d recommend one of the Esky Packages with which you can mix and match any four cans of beer, cider or wine.

To indulge your tastebuds, the Exchange Hotel Pop-Up Beach Club will have a full kitchen so guests can dig into a range of summer favourites, including seafood options such as the Lobster Roll ($19) topped with chives, kewpie mayonnaise and fries; a Seafood Pack for Two ($34) or for a juicier option, you can wrap your hands around the delectable burgers, which include the Grilled Beef, Fried Chicken and Mushroom & Halloumi (all $18). There’s also light salads, snacks, skewers, sweet treats and scoops of ice cream from which to choose.

But the action doesn’t stop there. Apart from the live music, beach sport activities and VIP beachside experiences in your very own cabana, The Exchange Beach Club will be hosting Bottomless Sunset Sessions each Thursday throughout the pop-up, as well as there being private cabanas available for Valentine’s Day.
