The only way to celebrate World Gin Day is with a Lemon & Manuka Honey Giz Fizz in one hand and another in the other.
Everyone loves a Saturday, but this Saturday is one the world will collectively enjoy and that’s because it’s World Gin Day. And with the help of our friends at Kilderkin Distillery, in the heart of Ballarat, we are here to share their much loved Lemon & Manuka Honey Gin Fizz recipe with you. So gather your friends, a bottle of Buccaneer Larrikin Gin and start the party a little early.
Ingredients
30ml Larrikin Buccaneer Navy Strength
30ml Fresh Lemon Juice (approx. half lemon juiced)
15ml Manuka Honey
15ml Warm Water
150ml Chilled Soda Water
2 sprigs Rosemary
Ice
Method
Dilute Manuka Honey in warm water.
Add Navy Strength, a Rosemary sprig, Fresh Lemon Juice & Manuka Honey Water into a cocktail shaker and add ice.
Shake over ice.
Strain and pour into the cocktail glass then top with chilled soda water.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and enjoy!
